In the frame of the development of the Group’s activities, the parent company on 2019 established a subsidiary company under the trade name “ACUIDELTA SL” which is based in L´Ametlla de Mar, Tarragona, Spain.
The purpose of the company is the production, processing, marketing and distribution of fresh Mediterranean fish, in Spain. The production capacity of the company will gradually increase to 2,000 tons per year.
In 2021 the company started the production of sea bream & sea bass and until 31/12/2021 made investments of approximately € 3 million for the construction of floating facilities & equipment.
Today it employs 18 employees and by the end of 2022 will make new investments of approximately € 5 million for the construction of a modern fish packing plant, floating facilities as well as other floating and land equipment.
