Sea bass is an excellent source of protein, and essential omega-3 fatty acids, while sea bream is higher in fat content than other white fish, a valuable source of omega-3 fats.

Nancy cooks fish fillets in batter
A few words about Nancy
Whenever Nancy Panteleimonitou finds some time off her daily activities at Galaxidi Marine Farm, she enjoys cooking for friends and family members. Here is one of her favourite fish dishes
INGREDIENTS
- 15-20 fish fillets
- ½ cup of flour
- ½ cup of corn flour
- 1 cup of water
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 big clove of garlic mashed
- 1 big spoonful of thinly sliced parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Frying oil
DIRECTIONS
We mix all the ingredients and we let the batter stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. We remove from the refrigerator, stir and dip the fillets one by one. We fry in hot oil, first from the outer side of the fish fillet.
