A few words about Stella
Stella Senduka is an active member of Galaxidi and she loves cooking for her friends and family. Her picturesque guesthouses in the centre of town stand out from her signature bougainvilleas offering an authentic hospitality experience to her guests for the past 25 years.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ Sea bass (salted)
- 3-4 small fish and some shrimps
- 4-5 potatoes roughly chopped
- 3-4 onions roughly chopped
- 1 small cup of olive oil and the juice of 1-2 lemons
DIRECTIONS
Boil the small fish in salted water for about 15 minutes. Remove the small fish and add the potatoes and the onions to the stock along with half cup of olive oil. Once they boil, add the Sea bass and let it cook. In the end, beat the remaining olive oil with the lemon juice and pour in the pot.
* When serving you may keep some fish separately on a platter.
